Originally a young magus taking after her elder sister's image of pioneering research and posturing their prestigious house for its ascent in nobility, Aryeht was neither eligable for inheriting rule of the palace nor obligated to maintaining a social presence like her siblings. When her tutor fell ill to a potent chipotle malady, the young Aryeht not only suddenly was catapulted in her standing with the house but also her responsibilities. Responsibilities she had little interest in pursuing, for her time studying had only nurtured a desire to abandon the confines of courts and ballrooms.
Without her eldest to guide her insight into magic, she instead took advantage of the riches and power offered to her to explore the world instead, claming she would bring prestiege to her name by action. She yet harbored all the sophistication of a noblewoman, but also the voracity and coldness of a mage. She funneled her energy into learning more basic arts, mastering weapons of the sands and lands foreign, and honing her body into a force of destruction that struck fear and awe into whatever she fancied a worthwhile opponent. Roaming the land had its limits, however, for the desert was vast but very empty, with its secrets hidden well. She eventually turned to a mercenary group whom had connections to her family in the past, the Desert Falcons, whose ties to the wealthy, the needy, and the adventurous could guide her to the challenges she craved.
She remains emotionally distant from much of the world, seeing her noble heritage, and indeed society as a whole, as a means to an end, and nothing to truly value beyond the opportunities they offer her. Her palace is decorated in relics, trophies, weapons, and triumphs of her adventures, rather than poetry and art. Having spent much of her early life studying, however, her practiced diplomacy and swift blades offer her little insight into the ways of the world alien to her. In such cases she is quite content to take the backseat and watch and learn from the more experienced members of the Desert Falcons. Her family, though proud of her labors, seem to be somewhat scared of her personality, and tend to avoid her, content to allow her explore as she wills, given their name spreads with her accomplishments.
