Attribution of the Constellation - Upon making eye contact with Jigoku, a Creature must make a DC 23 Charisma save or suffer 5 ranks of Exhaustion, reducing 1 rank at the end of their following turns.
Active Fuel - Jigoku tracks certain damage as Fuel, which is used for his Cosmic Abilities. Half non-Contra damage that Jigoku takes is also added to Fuel, and he reduces that damage.
Soul of Oshan - Jigoku embodies Oshan in this form, and assumes awareness of Oshan's library. As a result, no effect can place him at Disadvantage unless it is beyond Oshan's scope. In this form, Jigoku has 9 tails representing his Divinity and Incarnation of Oshan as well as his connection to the Constellation, but each tail only becomes active at the end of his following turns and one at a time when he first transforms.

Divine Soul - Jigoku makes as many attacks as he has Tails.
Apocalypse of the Black Sun - All units within 100ft make a DC 23 CON save versus 2d6 High Function Maximum Health damage. If they fail the save by 10 or more, they take double damage. This health is added to Jigoku's Active Fuel gauge. Each time Jigoku uses this ability is effect expands by 100ft to a maximum of 20,000ft.
> Repetitions of this attack in one turn are lumped into one save and all occur instantly.
Hell Incarnate - Blast a target in 30ft with a psychic touch of one of Jigoku's tails. Unit makes a DC 23 INT save vs Synaptic Static and 5d12+2d4 Contra Motion Psychic damage. Failing the save by 13 or more paralyzes the unit until the end of Jigoku's next turn and deals maximum health damage instead of standard damage.
Abilities -
Sunset - 50 Fuel - Consumes actions of all 3 tails to hurl a star to a location up to 1,000ft away. DC 23 DEX save in 300ft for following effects. Minimum range 30ft. Travel speed 300ft/turn. 200 hp, 13 AC, immunity to low function physical damage and fire damage. If destroyed, explodes in place for half damage.

Cosmic Actions -
Cognitive Labyrinth - 20 Fuel - INT save DC 23 versus Unconsciousness as a unit's mind is trapped in a mental paradox. The unit may re-attempt saves at the end of their turns. Success renders Advantage for 24 hours. Any damage from sources other than Jigoku will prompt an Advantage on the next save.
Mythical Abilities -
Eve of the Nine Sunsets - gazing into Jigoku's eyes while they are actively observing the Constellation can induce madness. Any creature whom is within 60ft of Jigoku and can See him whilst having succeeded or endured the full extent of Attribution of the Constellation makes a DC 23 WIS save. Upon failure, they suffer an effect of Jigoku's Madness. If they fail by 10 or more, they are Paralyzed until the end of their next turn.
The Madness save may be re-attempted once after each day. Creatures can offer Help for this by counselling the afflicted creature for 1 hour prior to them making the save.
Jigoku's Madness leaves lifelong scars that, without extensive care, leave them Vulnerable to every save he imposes upon them in the future.
Jigoku's Madness - 1d100
1-20 - The creature gains the Flaw, "I cannot help but see death in everything I look upon, and I have come to worship the ideology of death. The pursuit of death is my greatest jubilee - to behold and understand it, by whatever means necessary."
21-40 - The creature sees everything around it as living dead husks of their former selves, and cannot recognize them as living creatures without a DC 15 WIS check.
41-60 - The creature's sleep is plagued by visions of death and darkness, and gains no benefit from Long Rests.
61-80 - Every time the creature sees another creature's eyes, it makes a DC 20 WIS save or sees Jigoku's eyes and becomes Frightened of that creature for 1 minute.
81-90 - Unit burns calories at 10x the normal rate and always feels hungry.
91-100 - Roll twice, discarding a roll if it lands in this region again.
