Song of the Demon of Radiant Incredulity - Elam is granted Martial Proficiencies and greatly increased Dexterity.
Soul of the Demon of Perpetrated Myriad Acuity - Elam can use an Action to transfer between Radiant space and Realspace or use a teleportation circle in either location. He can only hold a location outside of Fort Vindictus for one day, upon which case he is returned, if possible, and then the spell requires a week to recharge. Else, the spell goes on cooldown and it can only be used to return once it recharges.
Vindictian HES Type-3 - While wearing his armor and conscious, Elam takes greatly reduced falling damage, has triple jump distance, has 10 hours of free oxygen he can use once per day, and can use his Bonus action to increase his movement speed by 3x once per minute. The armor also reduces all physical and fire damage he takes by 5.
Unsung Resolution - You may reroll a failed saving throw. This feature recharges after a Long Rest.
