Frost Bolt - +11 ranged attack. 60/120 range. 2d10+7 damage. Crits for 3x. Crit threat 15-20 on Frozen/Frosted targets. DC 16 CON save vs Slow.

Frost Nova - DC 17 DEX save in 15ft of caster. Applies 2d6+7 damage and Restrain (Frosted).

 

Abilities -

 

Grand Ice Storm - Conjures a storm of ice in a 30ft radius within 300ft. This storm lasts until dispelled or Erysyllya cancels it. The storm provokes a DC 17 DEX save (half) vs 9d6 Ice damage, functions as as a sound and sight dampener (Noise/Obstruction) and constitutes as Difficult Terrain.

 

Compel Ice (Original) - Grants Advantage Ability over any construct composed of Water or Ice that is not within a contesting domain. Erysyllya evokes a CHA contest (+10x2) over sentient ice or animates inanimate ice up to 100ft in size per Action. Through Compel Ice, she can force it to melt, solidify, dissolve, or emit particles to create Animata Ice. If the construct or creature she compels is already animated, Compel Ice can be used to instantly kill it. If used to control over 100ft, this is a Concentration ability with a casting time appropriate to the scale of the medium.
