Dock Dandy - +10 Grapple attempt, with Advantage. When used on an opponent already grappled, STR save DC 15 vs 2d6+4 Bludgeoning damage. dc 17, 4d6+4
Cane Shot - 30/60ft Cane rifle. +7 to hit, 1d8+4. Can round corners by throwing coins. x3
Abilities -
Goon Mingle - Roll a D20. On <10, summon 1d4 Mooks. On 11-15, summon Goons. On 16-19, summon High-tier. On 20, summon top tier. Requires Veil Domain. 120ft effective range. Summons act on Lair Initiative.
Sassy Gentlemanly Dance - Bonus Action - Domain effect. Enemies within 30ft of Walter must make a DC 16 WIS save or have their movement speed halved until the end of their next turn and constitute as Blinded as they are entranced by his dance. Dancing requires Concentration. While Dancing, Walter may attack an additional two times with any one weapon attack. Walter can freely move while Dancing.
Alluring Whistle - Whistles to an area within 60ft. All allies and enemies within a 15 radius gain a 1d8 Valor Bardic Dice.
Quantic Dupe - Reaction - DC 17 INT save vs a unit whom attacks Walter in 90ft. Redirects attack to an ally within 15ft if possible. Requires line of sight. 2x Reaction Charge
Wrist Watch - Checks the time. Immediately Roll saves for any debilitations with Advantage and tells you the current time of the day. Enemies within 10ft make a DC 17 WIS save or also check for the current time of day, wasting their Reaction. This cancels Dancing and activates Businessman Stance.
Stance Dance - Bonus Action - Shifts out of Dancing or Idle and into Businessman Stance.

While in Businessman Stance, Walter has his Watch drawn and cannot use his offhand unless he stows it.
Tophat Tip - Unit within 30ft and in line of sight of Walter makes a DC 15 WIS save or is forced to return his greeting. Doing so halves their speed until the end of their next turn. If they were already slowed by his Dance this save instead inflicts Stun. DC 17
Frisk - Frisks an enemy with his cane in melee. Upon landing a melee strike, he forces the enemy to make a DC 16 DEX save or be disarmed and suffer an additional 1d10 Psychic damage.
Contract - Forms a contract with a unit in 15ft. The unit, if hostile, makes a DC 16 INT save. Upon failure, a contract is formed - and any damage that would drop Walter to 0 health is instead transferred in its entirety to that target, and the contract is destroyed. Lasts 24 hours.
Liability Waver - Forges a waver for liability as a concept ward. Walter chooses an element or form of damage of either low or high function, and is entirely immune to that damage until the end of his next turn. Walter can only have one Waver active at a time. Works for 2 forms of damage lasts 1 minute.
Cosmic Actions -
Command Spell - Berserk - Issues a Berserk spell to any Veil demon that Walter has influence over within 30ft. That unit gains the Reckless trait, an additional attack, and suffers 2d20 damage at the end of its following turns.
Briefcase Toss - Throws a briefcase into an area up to 60ft away. The briefcase explodes and hurls documents in all directions. All applicable units make a DC 17 CHA save or are Grappled by themselves as they scramble to pick up the papers.
